Since my reputation is on the line, nothing leaves my shop that I am not 100% satisfied with. I have searched out a wide variety of interesting materials, to provide you with totally unique choices. I have recently added a Laser Engraver to my workshop, so you can be assured of an ever expanding choice of personalized items to choose from. Most Items will be shipped by the next business day. Custom design will take up to 3 days for completion. All items will ship uninsured first class USPS unless other arrangements are requested. First class within the USA is approx 5 days. Priority Mail if requested is 2 to 3 days.

Non personalized items may be returned within 30 days. No returns are allowed on Personalized items. Cancellations of personalized items prior to shipping will not be allowed once the item has been engraved. Please contact Wooden Pen Works to find out if it is too late to cancel.
